Initiatives

1. Establishing transparent financial report via Website.
This approach is done by establishing website as center information for this specific project.
Our temporary website is www.indonesianrelief.blogspot.com
Status: Done
The address of website will be migrated as necessary.

2. Establishing Local Partner in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.
This approach is done by contacting local organization in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.
Status: Done
From data collecting and verification as well as questionnaire, we are able to determine four local partners in Indonesia.

3. Mobilizing Social Solidarity
This approach is done by hosting Indonesian community in Houston and vicinity to spent their time and effort.
Status: On going progress
Fundraising and socialize the condition

4. Transferring Money
All collecting funds will be pooled in ISRANA account and will be delivered every two weeks to Indonesia to implement the projects.
The transferring date has been assigned: October 23, 2009 and November 6, 2009.
Status: Not started.

5. Monitoring Program
Task Force Assessment Team consisting representatives from each of the selected local partner in Indonesia.
Status: Not started.

6. Reporting Program
The committee of the project will report the final program to Sponsor with the achievement of the project.
Status: Not started.
